I kept very close track of what I ate today. Ate pretty normally, although Im out of my favorite snack- dried pineapple. I need to pick some more up. Its fat free but high in sugar unfortunatly. 

For breakfast I ate my normal honey nut cheerios, banana, milk and coffee. Fitday.com came up with that meal totaling 453 calories and 3 grams of fat (~6% cals from fat)

Around 10am I sat down with my youngest and we had a snack of raw broccoli florets and fat free ranch dressing.  Again I used fitday.com to calculate my calories for that- 88 calories and 0g of fat for our snack. That was a LOT of food for under 100 calories! This is usually when I eat my pineapple and skim milk. Im going to have to substitute veggies mroe often!

Aaround 12:30 I finally had a moment to eat. We had been invited to taco bell by some friends but even with their Fresco style ‘menu’ I just didnt feel comfortable eating there. I LOVE taco bell, but it loves my hips. So my boys ate and I sipped on some diet pepsi. I was busy cleaning the kitchen so I didnt want to be constantly washing my hands so I could take a bite of food. I mixed up a ‘protien shake’ ah this is from my low carb days. This stuff lasts forever it seems! I had a banana, 1.5c of milk and 2/3s of a cup of the chocolate shake mix.  I had to enter the mix manually but fit day came up with that meal totalling 533 calories and 7 grams of fat (~12% calories from fat)

Around 3pm my stomach was growling and I wasnt ready to start dinner yet so I had a snack of one slice of bread and a 1tbs of saskatoon berry jam. Total calories 125, total fat 1g (~7% calories from fat)

A little after 5 my husband and I sat down to a quiet meal since our kids were still asleep, it was a bit early to eat but we took the opportunity to enjoy a meal without the boys.

I grilled chicken, warmed up already cooked brown rice from the freezer, grilled some carrots and boiled up some frozen corn. It was a very yummy meal! I didnt finish everything on my plate. I stuck it in the fridge- Im fairly sure Ill be hungry after my run tonight. Total calories for dinner was 533 and total fat was 4grams (~7% calories from fat)

so my total for the day (after I finish my dinner tonight):

1733 (oops! ouch) calories and 15g of fat. Approximately 8% of my calories were from fat today.

Last month I reported I hadn’t lost any weight from the month before. I still havent lost much. This morning I weighed in at 158.8. UG! It had been a few days more than a month since I last took my measurements so I figured Id do it today since my boys were still asleep (yay!) Turns out even though I havent lost much weight I have lost some fat. In the past month Ive lost half an inch off my bust, three quarters of an inch off my waist, half an inch off my stomach (where I really need it!) and a tenth of an inch off my hips.  Im very frustrated that I havent been losing any weight but thankful that at least my tape measure is moving. Id love to see 145lbs again. Thats what I {starved myself to} when I was married at 18.
