There is a really fun way to track your weight loss progress. I am a totally visual person and seeing a ticker, or a slide or graph with my achievements really helps me keep committed. I have a ticker from www.tickerfactory.com I love my ticker. First you chose the background, mine is vegitables but there are dozens to choose from then you choose the slider which will move as you lose weight, mine is a tomato. I have lost 19 pounds since my weight evened out after having my daughter almost 6 months ago, Ive lost 32 pounds total (including a 7lb baby). You can also track your BMI and waist size. I much prefer to track my weight.

It is amazingly easy to update. You just click on your own ticker (or any ticker from that site) and put your pin number in and it lets you edit. You press save and voila, your ticker is updated with your newest weight loss! You can edit everything about your ticker through your pin number.
It helps me keep up the good work, hopefully you find it will do the same for you!

Jet-Puffed marshmallows come in chocolate now. YUM!! They are so good! 4 are 100 calories with 0g of fat and 25 grams of carbs. They are definatly chocolatey and oddly satisfying. They also make strawberry ones that are good as well with similar ‘nutrition’ information. Obviously there isnt much in the way of healthy calories in these but they are a really yummy treat.
These are pretty hard to find in my area, only super walmart carries them, none of the regular grocery store carry the chocolate kind.
Just be sure to stay away from the raosted coconut ones, they are very yummy but contain fat and more calories!
