Ive been tracking my fat loss for the past year or so, at first I tried to use the body fat percentage thing on my digital scale, but that only worked half the time so I quickly gave up on that method and started taking my measurements. Ive found that taking my measurements keeps me going even when the scale isnt telling me what I want it to. I have been stuck hovering right about 160lbs for several weeks now, which is SO frustrating!! But with tracking my measurements Ive been able to see that I am still losing. I totally would prefer to lose fat rather than ‘weight’!! Since I started working out about a year ago I have lost 5.5″ off my bust, 5″ off my waist, 5.8″ off my stomach and 3″ off my hips!
Ive been stuck around 160 now for a while like I mentioned but in the past 4 weeks, without losing a pound I still lost off of my stomach and hips a half an inch each. Its not flying off like it did the month before (when I lost an inch pretty much over each measurement) but a half inch loss is a half inch loss!
