Id love to say this is just a little wieght loss plateau but its seriously sucking. Im stuck at 160lbs, Im eating low fat, drinking my water and for the most part getting my work outs in. I didnt work out at all yesterday between getting some work in and caring for the kids I just ran out of time and motivation. Today was supposed to be my rest day, instead Im going to head out for a 45 minute run. run 4 walk 1. My thighs are a bit sore still from my vegas run so I really feel like taking another rest day but with not losing wieght at all this week I need to get the work out in.
Lastnights dinner was super yummy, watch for the recipe, it was slightly higher fat than I would have liked because I only had regular mushroom soup rather than the lower fat 98% fat free version. Ive done well eating today, lots of fruit,whole grains andvery little fat-its getting to be summer around here which means fresh produce is dirt cheap and abundant!
